I understand that things come up and plans may change, however I do kindly ask if you are unable to make an appointment for any reason you contact me before 24hours of your appointment. Any changes to appointments must be made prior to 24hours in advance to avoid a cancellation/rescheduling fee. No shows will result in 50% charge of the service booked.
